As schedule, I conducted an exploratory trip to Campbell River in the beginning of March 2020. Ms. Joyce Labbe from TKS Business Entrepreneurs Consultant company, welcomed me and picked me up in the morning 31 Feb. We boarded the ferry at Horseshoe Bay terminal and proceeded to head to Nanaimo and then Campbell River. Our first place to visit was a Vietnamese restaurant named Honey Lemon Grill where we had lunch with beef noodle soup and spring rolls.

After lunch, we looked around for places for lease that could set up a restaurant. I also found Royal LePage, and spoke to Greg du Cloux, a sales representative who was most helpful in assisting my questions in term of the area and desired locations.

We made our way over to the Millstream shop where supplied all new and used restaurant equipment and parts, then the local Healthy Way, a grocery store and Amy’s Asian market. All gave me more information about the the supplier for my restaurant business. After a long day, we went and had a nice dinner experience at a local restaurant Salmon to taste Campbell River finest.
